About Anchored
2023 THEME
Our conference theme this year is “Anchored within the Church”. The scriptures declare that the church is the bride of Christ, made up of a diverse group of individuals, in various stages of life, united in love and devotion to Him. We want to explore together what the scriptures teach on what it means to be part of and committed to the local body of Christ. We want to challenge ourselves to think biblically about how we are to engage with others within the body and to use our time and gifts to serve within the body. We will specifically address what this can and should look like for singles within the church.When is Anchored?
The 7th Anchored Conference will take place on October 14th. The conference will be organized around teaching from Mission Road Bible Church Pastors and Elders. The conference will feature nine 25 minute teaching sessions, singing, lunch, and various fellowship opportunities. In addition to the main event Saturday, there will be optional social events Friday night and Saturday after the conference.
